怎样在Vista Home Premium 系统下将硬盘（320G）分区(Partition, i.e. as C:100G, D: 200G)？

Do I need to reformat the disket, then partition, reinstall the OS (i.e. Vista Premium), or other easy way without using third party product?

Please provide your suggestion.
