norton发现有Packed.Generic.113病毒，但却杀不了，怎么办？

装的是NORTON,查出来Packed.Generic.113，但仅是review。说：cannot be removed by an unsupported file. 什么意思？这个病毒可怕吗？怎么杀呢？是不是换个杀毒软件？
