怎样解决Disk Defragmenter出错问题

"Disk defragmenter has detected that Chkdsk is scheduled to run on the volumn: Disk D:
Please run Chkdsk /f."

当我运行Chkdsk /f时又出错"Chkdsk can't run because the volume is in the use by another process."
