1. when change memory settings in BIOS the board would fry up
2. RMAed twice so no more memory settings change
3. board slow boot with SONY dvd/rw, intel fixed with bios release
4. board no boot up when there is u***** hard drive connected. tired of it and don't want spend time on it anymore.

that's it, intel's board and intel's cpu, what a match up
