经验：电脑要经常整理碎片才不会变慢

很奇怪，电脑变得越来越慢了，就像旧电脑一样了，
本来的设置为
1，disable automatic updates
2， disable system restore
3, visual effects set to "adjust for best performance"

想不出别的招了，试试 defragment，花了一夜，终于还我一台快电脑了。

问题：为什么会化一夜 defragment? (XP Pro, 2G mem, 3.2G CPU, 160G hard drive sata)
