You need to find another PC that uses the same socket for BIOS flash chip (PLCC or DIP). Boot up the other PC, hot swap the BIOS chip, put your new BIOS chip in, run the BIOS flash program (Award or AMI).

I did that before. Search for the dental floss trick. It worked fine for me.
