Help for boot failure with computer

I am on the internet, but sudenly computer shut down. I put window XP recover it, computer show me " searching for boot record from CDROM, SCSI, Floppy...not found. and also put in boot floopy to satart computer to format computer. But not work. May be virrus contrl my computer. Please help me out to solve problem. Thanks.
