Why my ethernet works for laptop but not PC

Just installed some ethernet jacks. They all connects well to my laptop but none conects to my desktop PCs (2 different ones).

Both PCs had message: cable is unplugged. But I am sure all cables are properly connected.

Could someone tell what's the problem? Thanks in advance.
