use windows messanger

i used it befor, about 300mb, i was using cable, upspeed at 17kbps average, but you will have to turn off the firewall first if you are using win xp, it slows down the speed. if the connection disconneted befor finish the whole file,don;t restart the computer, reconnected, the comp[uter will regnize it automaticlly, it will not restart the file from the begining.
