anybody can help me with my computer? Thanks a lot

Hi all,

I have a problem with my computer. It is killing me. I can see that there IS a wireless network connection on my computer. It even told me that the connection is excellent. However, I can not get access to IE or Netscape. Weird thing is that the computer shows sending and receiving data all the time.

Please please help. Thanks a lot.
