how to force copy??

A flash video file was protected by the author, which could be played online. I could see the downloaded file 'fla6.tmp' in the temp folder but could not copy it out, the error message I got is 'it is being used by another person or program'.

If I stop the online player, the .temp file will be deleted automatically.

Anybody could help??
