memory question

My computer has a memory 128MB DDR, ECC, 400MHz.
I want increse memory.
Where can I buy more of this kind memory. It is not sold at best buy or compUSA. May I just buy the regular PC2700 or PC3200? What is ECC? 400MHZ = PC2700?
