computer runs slow in Citrix and local

Computer runs slow in both Citrix network and local. Only one computer in the whole network has this problem. It takes 2 mins to open word/excel. When trying to modify any word/excel document, it got frozen (both in Citrix and local).

-I already tried the disk clean up,
deframentation,
use msconfig to disable most of the start up application,
scan the system with Spybot-Search & Destroy.
