help-cannot access sina

i cannot access news.sina.com.cn, even cannot for www.sina.com.cn, but can access www.sina.com. it happened for a long time.
other pcs in our lab can. who can tell me what may be the problem?
is it because my ip is blocked by sina. i just read the news sometimes, and never post anything. what's wrong?
anybody in similar situation? 3x.
