HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ Windows_81

1. enter save mode with internet connection
2. start->run->service.msc, disable the service above.
3. search registry table for rejoice81.exe, delete all of them
4. find the physical file in the location above, remove it
5. restart, ready to go.
