refurbished的计算机在稍具规模的企业里不可能会被广泛使用，相对于MS的软件/license费用来讲，PCs are very cheap, moreover, enterprises started leasing new pcs from HP/Dell/IBM already a few years ago. it's not worth to take the chance to use "refurbished" hardware.
