Thank's for pai's reply.
I solved the problem in this way.
Take off the battery of the monther board.
Clear RTC ram by remove the jumper of 1,2 pin and connect with 2,3 for 10 sec.put the jumputer back to 1,2 pin.
reconnect the vedio card and it works.
