ActiveX Control

I set Security Option in IE6 to High, which disabled ActiveX also. So I always get an error message saying "Your current security prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page." I have to click OK to continue. I understand if enabling the ActiveX control, such message will disappear.

My question is: how to disable the message itself without lowering the Security setting or enabling ActiveX.

I tried to disable the "Display Error Message when downloading ActiveX" in Group Policy. But it does not work.

Some tips from Da Xia?
