1.you can get the cd:there usually is a very small hole with cdrom,use a niddle or clipper,poke into the hole gentlely,you can see the cdrom is opened.

2.couldnot find D: in system,need more detailed information,such as your os,what have you done to it before it happened,if using windows and nobody can help you on hand,just reinstall the windowd,it is tiring process,but it is better than ill-performed system
