how to use a Laptop PC to play from a cell phone?

I have a cell phone which can play FM radio, I am thinking to connect my cell phone to my Laptop PC's microphone port and use my laptop's built-in speaker to play FM radio from my cell phone, is there any software that supports this kind of function? many thanks!
