choose resize, it will keep all your data.

the installer will shrink one existing partition, and install ubuntu on the free space left.

resizing partition means all data are safe. (still backup user data first, just in case)

Finally, "Use all disk space" means to install ubuntu and delete everything currently on disk, you should NOT do so.
