First time in. any one has experience buy dell online?

Does Changing address takes long time? I called dell 2 days ago to change address for me. They said they called DHL, & takes 24-48 hours to update. 48 hours passed DHL still hasn't changed address. I have to call Dell & DHL many times. I really worry about my package.
