Here are typical prices of computer parts in US (Newegg):

Intel core2 duo E6850 --- $280
2x1024mb ddr 2 --- $60
geforce 8800 gt 512mb --- $280
2x500gb sata --- $200

In addition you need some other parts:
Mother board: $120
Case: $50
DVD RW: $40
Key board and mouse: $50

You do the math. Now sure about the price in EU.
