HELP! My computer got virus: Win32. TrojanPWS.onlinegames

I tried to use Ad-AwareSE to remove them. But very soon, they come back again. Or even Ad-AwareSE can't remove them? To much headache!!! who can help me??? Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!
