每进一个网页都跳出个Security Alert,不按Yes不给进,怎么办?

被烦死了,每次进网页,比如yahoo,gmail这么大众的网站都要跳出好几次这样的框,请专家帮忙看看:

我快要疯掉了,为此重装了电脑,可问题还在,我该怎么办呢?是不是要在哪里设置一下呢?非常感谢!
