求助电脑死机?

Dell Latitude:
开机登陆后, 出现提示:Memory could not be "read", 接着Memory could not be "written", 终止执行程序.
几分钟后.WINDOWS 显示:
"计算机自动扫描病毒时,发现木马后门,木马程序.(backdoor.trojan and trojan horse)但无法删除".
其他程序无法运行.计算机运行缓慢. 接下来就死机.
请问解救方法!!! Thanks!!
