See the system adminstrator about starting the server, or make sure the you're referring to the right host

System Error:11001 "Host not found (HOST_NOT_FOUND)"

Openvpn symbol in the task bar is green, it seems in order.

How could I verify that the virtual connection is really successful? It's the first time for me to make use of this program.
