Help! My Computer is kidnaped

1.whatever website I want to go to. my computer always automatically redirect to www.boredlife.com. For example, when I try to go to wenxuecity.com my computer will go to http://www.boredlife.com/p/wenxuecity.com. How Can I get rid of this.
2. There is a website address stay in the Tools. How can I delete this.
