Please make your question clear. You want to install a COM port or a Fax/Modem. For a COM port, you don't need any driver, that is part of Windows. For a Fax/Modem, you must make sure what kind of product you have, ie. mode #. It is a pain in the neck to install a Fax/Modem without driver. Keep in touch.
