杀毒后出现RUNDLL问题，怎么办？

杀了毒后每次开机出现
RUNDLL

Error loading:c:windowssystem32fnhijjsp.dll
the specified module could not be found

OK

这个是怎么回事，电脑的病毒还在不在呀，那个fnhijjsp.dll是什么东西？
