求救：IP address conflict with another system on the network

这是什么意思呢？
plug 网线就出现这个。现在只能用无线网卡。

另外，用无线网卡，有时候显示连接，speed都是excellent但received 部分总是不动，也没有办法上网。

请会的朋友帮帮我。
