用"HOUSECALL"可以在网上免费扫病毒。到TRENDMICRO的网站去做。

再下载“AD-AWARE”扫一下“SPYWARE”。

From "Start", "Run", enter the word "msconfig". Go to the "Startup" tab and uncheck all the junk that you don't need. Restart.
