为什么我的bitdefenter antivirus plus V10 不能更新?

去年下载了这个软件,到今年8月才到期,不过从今年1月就不能更新了.每次手动更新时,显示 no update availble. Automatic update is enabled.每天都有check,但last updated 显示 never.不知是什么原因,请指教,谢谢.
