MOV format upload to youtube, sound sync up.

I just uploaded .mov format video clip shot by Nikon P4, but after upload, In youtube, the sound and video action not in sync, does anyone know how to solve this problem? Or please tell me which format to upload to youtube is better.
Please give me some conversion program name too.

other wise kids recital clip on youtube always has sound delay problem ( hands down already, but the music still playing).
