Try this

1. Start/Run
2. Type: "cmd", then hit Enter
3. A DOS window will open
4. Type: convert c: /fs:ntfs, then Enter

Note: if not sure, type: Help convert. This will give you all instruction on Convert command.

Converting from fat32 to ntfs is one-way street, you cannot use the command to convert it back. But I think partition magic will allow you to do it.
