The sytem DLL kernel32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred becasue the DLL C:\WINNT\system32\KERNEL32.dll occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

I use windows 2000 pro. on a HP vectral 550MHZ small form computer.
