How did you install/run True image? It is only supposed to be a Windows service that can be shut down at any time.

What you mean "用原机的恢复光碟重新装一次"? A regular Windows install or 恢复? A regular full Windows install should wipe True image out.

BTW, 现在有新电脑了, should still 怕出问题 and 备份 :P
