simple gui with opencv lib

Hallo all,
I'm looking for a short c++ code to generate a simple GUI with one digit input field, one digit display field and fixed/autosize image field, actually one window suffices. It is expected to be programed on basis of GTK+ and opencv. With google I get a lot of complicated applications which take much time for me to figure out the backbone which I need for my case.
