Does it still need a computer? The picture at voipstunt.com shows like it does. If so, it is not much different from SkyPE, or is it? If not, then it is much better than other alternatives.

you have to have a computer to setup the voip box, (PAP2 2.0), AFTER that, you just plug your broadband cable into the pap2 box, and plug a telephone into the pap2 as well, so you can use it as a landline phone.
