For the first problem: Because I don't open "standby", so I think it is not the problem of "standby".

The second one, when I choose:
device manager->IDE ata/atapi controllers->primary/secondary ide channel->properties->advanced settings

It said:
Transfer Mode: DMA if available.
Current transfer Mode: Not applicable.

So I need to delete them and restart, right?
