In error reporting page, "Enable error reporting" is already enabled and two items under it are checked. Also for that registry setting it is already set to 0.

My case isn't a blue screen one or normal "crash". It only freezes system and can't take any response from key, mouse, alt+ctrl+del etc. I have no choice but reboot it manually. And I can't find Minidump directory under my %systemroot%.
