忽然无法删除磁盘文件

学校的虚拟硬盘不知怎么变成只读的了，无法存盘，删除文件也不行。 比如删除：
error report:
Cannot delete:Access is denied.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and the file is not currently in use. 确定都不是以上情况， 可就是无法删除，尝试右键--属性，没用。 请教请如何解决？
