If you wanna something just working, celeron M is a good deal

But it is for sure future dis-proof. 32bit CPU, less power/heat control. 299 bucks just buy a chasi. Sooner or later you will change the CPU and increase the memory. If you are not DIY fan, you will throw this $299 away within 2 years.
