Look for help urgently

I use Outlook Express, When I downloaded email to my computer this morning, i noticed there are 15 new mails. However, the computer suddenly restart itself ( microsoft) at the time I tried to open the first one. Then all new mails gone, neither in my computer nor in the original box (I choose to delete mails automatically to avoid overflow). Is it possible to get them back? How? Please help?
