Office is still the Achilles’ heel of OS X

1. it's from MS. If it's discontinued by MS, a desktop OS without Office would be very difficult to use.
2. expensive > $300.00, not included by default.
3. no alternatives. OO/StarOffice is ok but not as ready as MS Office.
