好吃姑娘提供的网站让我轻而易举地解决了棘手的IE自动关闭和冻死（造成100%CPU)的问题。所用就是那个网页里的下面方法：

The solution is to first open control pannel >> Internet options >> advanced tab >> under the browsing catagory make sure that Enable third party browser extensions (reqires restart) is unchecked.
