I download another network driver (burn on CD on another PC and than ran on the network disconnected PC)
This one started auto installation after unzip, to my surprise it has two components, one of them, network inferface card? is the one I tried to install but failed at the beginning ，and the wireless driver still didn't install successfully, error message says it needs some support software, my GOD! I realized that some drivers which Dell provids on the website don't work at all!!! I heard Dell complain before, I will consider to buy another brand PC next time. I will try to fix the wireless driver tonight.
