Last night, I was able to let my computer "read" and save the files on the mini card by continuously pressing the card tightly after it was inserted into SDMMC slot. I could feel a gentle vibration as computer read the card. Whenever the vibration is lost the card is not readable.

You are super!

I will try to use a surgical blade to lift it a tiny bit, and will see if it works.

By the way, I purchased two new cards from PriceGrabber at $96.90 (SanDisk).
