显卡不能玩 Deus-EX becoz Pixal Shader 1.1 required[求助]

Sorry canot type Chinese here. 显卡 is nVidia Geforce4 MX 440 and it says Pixal shader 1.1 at least version required. Is it a hardware feature or can be downloaded. Also is gigabyte sis645 compatitable with Geforce FX 5200? THX
