Under IE, Go View->Toolbars->Customize. Look on the left side for an icon called "Size" and move it to the right side. Adjust the postition you want it to show up on the toolbar and Close. An "AA" icon should show up on your IE toolbar and you can use it to change the size of the font on display. This works for IE5 & up.
